Holiday Dmitri is a writer and independent journalist whose work explores interconnectedness and how we make meaning in a hyper‑networked world. Drawing on years of living, reporting, and working across the United States, Asia, and Europe, she is interested in how stories cross borders and widen—rather than narrow—our sense of who "we" are. Her essays and criticism have appeared in The Los Angeles Review of Books, The Taipei Times, The Chicago Criterion, Reason Magazine, and other publications. She holds an MFA from the Warren Wilson Program for Writers and has studied journalism, social science, and international affairs at Northwestern University, the University of Chicago, and The New School. A Tin House alum and recipient of multiple US and European residencies, she is the co‑founder of OddFellows Ice Cream and lives in Brooklyn, where she is at work on a technology‑themed novel.
