I am a writer, researcher, and editor living in New York City. Some of my other titles include wife, mama to two, and co-founder of OddFellows Ice Cream Company in Brooklyn.
My editorial interests focus on the intersection of world affairs, popular culture, and global trends. I love interviewing tastemakers and cultural trendsetters from the world over and connecting people and cultures. My writing and research have appeared in print, broadcast, and online media. I've worked as a culture reporter in Taiwan, a research analyst in Kosovo, and an international flight attendant based in Chicago. My first job out of college was writing obituaries.
I am a graduate of Northwestern University (BS in Journalism), the University of Chicago (MA in Social Science) and the New School in New York City (MS in International Affairs).
