Holiday Dmitri is an independent writer and researcher living in New York City — as well as mother of twins, wife, and co-founder of OddFellows Ice Cream Co.

Her background is in journalism and her interests include international relations, travel, culture, global trends, and social entrepreneurship.  She has worked as a cultural reporter in Taiwan, a research analyst in Kosovo, a media specialist at a DC think tank, not to mention an international flight attendant based at Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. Her first job out of college was writing obituaries (alas, a dead-end job).

Holiday is a graduate of Northwestern University, the University of Chicago, and the New School in New York City. She is currently an MFA candidate at Warren Wilson’s Program for Writers and working on her first novel.
